Gather Requirements
The first step in designing your site is to develop a detailed list of business and content requirements. To help with this, we have a very detailed questionaire that we ask you to fill out. This will help us determine several important factors when designing your site and reduce the amount of rework significantly.

Design Layout
The next step is to choose a design layout. The look and feel of a web site is very important because it is projecting the image of your company. It should look professional and at the same time be functional.

Customization
The final step before building the site is to review any customizations that will be needed. It is important to identify and go over these with you so you understand the additional work and costs needed to meet the specific requirements that have been established.

User Testing
After the site has been built and tested by the developers the next step is to have the user review and test the site to make sure that all their requirements have been met. Once the user acceptance testing is completed and signed off we move your site to production.

Training
The last step is to train the necessary staff on how to use the software to keep your site updated. This is the easiest step and the shortest. Most of our customers only needed a two hour training session or less to be confident in managing their web sites.
