SRI is a nationally known process server company located in St. Louis. SRI was looking for another way to market their business along with giving their customers an easier way to find out about new services they offer. Our recommendation based on their budget was to build a simple informational web site that was easy to navigate and required very little maintenance. Using their original art work we designed a 3 column front or intro page that gives the customer a quick glance at who SRI is, what they do and contact information without having to navigate anywhere else on the site. The owner of SRI also wanted to try and reduce the amount of phone calls they receive for one of the services they offer. This service requires a customer service representative from SRI to fill out a form with information about the customer and who they are looking for. Our solution was to build a simple mail form for the customer to fill out which is then emailed and processed by the person responsible for this task.

Pro-Am Golf specializes in providing the sale of golf equipment to companies in the incentive industry. They have both retail and corporate customers. Pro-Am has grown considerably in a very short time. Most businesses are always looking for a way to help automate their processes to save time and money. Small businesses like Pro-Am are no different and in some instances it is crucial that they find ways to do this to stay competitive. We had several discussions with the owner and other staff at Pro-Am and decided to start with a corporate web site. The site would be both informational and a catalog for their corporate customers. This has significantly reduced the cost of sending catalogs to all their corporate customers. We compiled a list of the requirements that they wanted and designed a very easy to navigate and quick web site. The site is built on an e-commerce engine so at anytime we could turn that option on and they can start selling from their site.
